In 2013, Amanda led Kaizen’s merger with the McLardy McShane Group, taking on the role of Managing Director to strengthen and expand the Financial Services division. Under her leadership, the business grew into a trusted and integral service area.
This year marks an exciting return to Kaizen’s original name and identity. Kaizen means “continuous improvement” in Japanese, which continues to be reflected in Amanda’s enduring vision of growing and nurturing your financial wellbeing.

Involvement in the Reach Foundation since inception (May 1994) in both paid and volunteer capacity
30-year involvement in the Grand Final Eve Charity Ladies Luncheon raising funds for a variety of charities including the Reach Foundation, Ovarian Cancer, the Heartwell Foundation, Love Your Sister, FightMND and MSA (Multiple System Atrophy)
Participation in five Daniher’s Drive car tours raising money and awareness for Motor Neurone Disease
