Deb’s career has included support and management roles in administrative, accounts, customer service and client facing disciplines. These roles have been in both the corporate world and the not-for-profit sector.
With exemplary organisational experience, Deb’s exceptional knowledge of management software and systems provide the team with an operational baseline of unwavering efficiency. This affords the team genuine peace of mind, knowing that the back-office is functioning like clockwork.

Having previously worked with families where a child has cancer, Deb experienced a life-changing mindset, especially in her day-to-day undertakings.
Aside from the fund-raising achievements and creating memorable experiences for the sick child, Deb’s real reward was being welcomed into the family dynamic, and helping to improve their lives in a way that was truly hands-on.
With much humanity and empathy, Deb created a happy and spirited relationship with her cancer clients, where trust and support underpinned every interaction. These experiences continue to influence Deb’s work today, especially in her willingness to serve others.
Location
Deb is located on the glorious Sunshine Coast, in Noosa Heads. Being outdoors and enjoying the beaches, rivers and national parks of Noosa is a daily ritual for Deb.
Charity Work
In addition to previously working in the not-for-profit sector, Deb has also held multiple volunteer committee positions with various Australian charities. In a number of these, Deb worked with Amanda Freeman and enjoyed their mutual work ethic and motivation to help others.
Fitness Focus
Deb is a committed Noosa triathlete, halfmarathoner and ‘have-a-go’ action person! If there’s a towel and a water bottle in the gift bag, Deb will be involved!
